The patient Mrs. Anita Singh is diagnosed with Gall Bladder Cancer. She underwent surgery for the same and was later advised to undergo Chemotherapy treatment. After a few sessions, her doctors recommended Radiation Therapy as she had developed side effects from Chemotherapy and could not continue with further sessions.
Mrs. Anita’s husband works as a garage helper and is the only earning member in the family. Their two children are studying, and Mrs. Anita is a homemaker. With limited income, it became extremely difficult to manage both household and medical expenses.
Her husband approached the Social Work Department for financial help. After reviewing their case, the Social Worker referred them to Manthan Swasth Charitable Trust. Upon assessment of the documents, the Trust decided to provide financial assistance for her treatment.
The financial aid from Manthan Swasth Charitable Trust was indeed very helpful, allowing Mrs. Anita to begin her Radiation Therapy. Her family is deeply thankful and grateful to the Trust for reducing their financial burden and giving them hope during this challenging time.
